Of course we have things other than purebred dogs that peak our interest. My Mom and I have always been taken with purebred Arabian and Morgan horses. My Dad and I have shared a love of fishing, hunting and ATVing. My Dad took me fishing when I was a little girl more times than I could ever possibly count. Now, he's passing that on to my kids.
